!! We moved here from Minnesota so we had to do everything remotely, not to mention we were first time home buyers, and she made everything go so smoothly! The market was crazy so whenever we saw a house come on the market and wanted to virtually tour it, she would be over at the house right away ready to show us. Not only were her communication skills exceptional, but her talent at staging the home were such that I wished I'd had her decorate when I first moved in. Kara was determined in her drive to get my house sold as was evident by her masterful marketing, follow up with other agents, and her ability to listen.
